How it works

From the company's profile to controls, from evidence to tests.

NIS2 (art. 21) requires measures that are appropriate and proportionate to the risk, the size and the sector. In EVIDEVO, controls are selected for the company's profile rather than taken from a one-size-fits-all template, and they stay aligned when the profile changes.

  1. 01

    Profile

Sector, size, NIS2 category, systems and critical vendors define the scope.

  2. 02

    Controls

Selected and worded for that profile from the EACF catalogue, each linked to the requirements of the frameworks it covers.

  3. 03

    Owners and evidence

Each control has an owner, a review date and the evidence that supports it, with a history of changes.

  4. 04

    Tests

Technical controls are checked every day on connected systems; a failed test opens a corrective action.

Automation and integrations

Technical evidence comes from connected systems and is checked every day.

EVIDEVO connects to the systems the company already uses. Technical evidence is collected through integrations, technical controls are checked every day and a failed test raises an alert and a corrective action.

  • Identity and access, cloud, devices, ticketing, HR
  • Technical evidence collected without screenshots or manual exports
  • Continuous testing of MFA, encryption, backups and inactive accounts
  • Corrective actions raised as tickets in existing tools
  • Open APIs for internal systems

One effort

One control covers the obligations of several frameworks: evidence collected once counts for all of them.

NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, DORA and GDPR largely ask for the same proof: multi-factor authentication, for example, appears both in NIS2 art. 21.2(j) and in ISO/IEC 27001 A.8.5. In EVIDEVO, each control is linked to the requirements of every framework it covers, and the same evidence is reused.

Supported frameworks →

Trust

Where data resides, who can access it and what is logged.

Data in the European Union

Application and data hosted in European data centres.

Controlled access

Roles, multi-factor authentication and an access log.

Change log

Every change to controls and evidence is logged with date and author.

Portable data

Full export at any time, deletion at the end of the contract.

EVIDEVO does not issue certifications, audit reports or legal conformity opinions: it organises the work that leads to those outcomes and makes it provable.
