Platform

Requirements, controls, owners, evidence and reviews, linked in a single workspace.

Frameworks are broken down into requirements, requirements are covered by controls, and each control has an owner and the evidence that supports it. Every change is logged with date and author.

  1. 01

    Requirements

Frameworks are already broken down into requirements, in their official form: NIS2 21.2(j), ISO/IEC 27001 A.8.5, DORA art. 28.

  2. 02

    Controls

The organisation's commitments. One control covers requirements from several frameworks and is managed once.

  3. 03

    Owners

Every control has an owner, a review date and the open tasks related to it.

  4. 04

    Evidence

Minutes, reports, policies and records linked to the control, with date, author and validity.

  5. 05

    Tests and reviews

Periodic checks on control status, with outcome, exceptions and corrective actions.

  6. 06

    History

Every change and every decision stays on record: what was true, and when.

EACF

The control catalogue EVIDEVO works on.

EACF (EVIDEVO Adaptive Control Framework) is the platform's proprietary control catalogue. Every regulatory requirement is mapped to concrete, verifiable controls that are ready to use.

  • One control, several frameworks: the same control covers requirements from different frameworks.
  • Adaptive: parameters such as size, sector and systems in use tailor the controls to the organisation.
  • Verifiable: each control states which evidence supports it and how it is tested.

Automation

Technical evidence collection and daily control checks through integrations.

EVIDEVO connects to the systems already in use: it collects technical evidence, checks controls every day and opens a corrective action when a test fails. People keep the work that needs judgement.

  • Identity and access, cloud, devices, ticketing, HR
  • Continuous testing of MFA, encryption, backups and inactive accounts
  • Corrective actions raised as tickets in existing tools
  • Open APIs for internal systems

Controls

For each control: status, owner, requirements covered and linked evidence.

A list filtered by framework, owner and status. The detail view shows evidence, requirements covered and history on the same page.

Continuity

Each piece of evidence has a validity period: the owner is alerted before it expires.

Review dates and evidence expiry dates are gathered in a single calendar. Each user's home page shows only the tasks assigned to that user, sorted by impact.

Export

Export by framework and period: measures, status, evidence, exceptions and history.

Once a framework and period are selected, EVIDEVO gathers these elements into a structured package, as a PDF, spreadsheet or archive, for an authority, an auditor or the management body.

Roles

Roles and permissions: each profile sees its own scope.

Compliance lead or CISO

The overall view, priorities, approvals and reports for the management body.

Control owners

Their own tasks, evidence to upload and due dates, filtered to the controls assigned to them.

vCISO consultant

Several clients in the same workspace, each with its own scope and separate data.

Auditors

Read-only access to the requested evidence, for the duration of the audit.

Onboarding

Onboarding in four phases, starting from the organisation's scope.

  1. 01

    Scope

Applicable frameworks, the processes and systems involved, priorities.

  2. 02

    Configuration

Controls, owners and due dates tailored to the organisation.

  3. 03

    Evidence

Collecting what already exists and planning what is missing.

  4. 04

    Continuity

Reviews, alerts and exports become routine.

Onboarding is supported by the EVIDEVO team, drawing on cybersecurity and compliance expertise. Services

A thirty-minute presentation based on the organisation's scope.

It starts from the frameworks in scope and how the work is organised today. In thirty minutes, EVIDEVO is shown working in that context.
